Background Check for Long-Term Stays

Guests requesting a stay of 30 days or longer are required to complete a background check as part of our long-term rental screening process.

We use Tenant Background Search, a trusted third-party screening service, to help verify applicant information and provide additional security for both the guest and the property owner.

The background check is completed directly through the Tenant Background Search website. Your personal information and screening results are handled through their secure platform.

Once completed, your background check is not limited to On-Call Oasis. You may also be able to use the screening report when applying for other rental properties that accept reports from this service.

Additional requirements

In addition to the background check, all adults staying at the property may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID
• Proof of employment or work assignment
• The full names of everyone staying at the property
• Any additional documentation necessary to approve the stay

Background checks are generally required for reservations of 30 days or longer. Shorter stays may not require a background check, but valid government-issued identification is still required for all registered guests.
