Please note: We welcome small gatherings, not parties. Every request is reviewed individually to ensure it is a good fit for our property and neighborhood.
Planning a birthday celebration, family game night, anniversary dinner, graduation, baby shower, bridal shower, holiday gathering, or another special occasion?
At On-Call Oasis, we welcome small gatherings by prior approval. We strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming space where you can celebrate responsibly while respecting our property and neighbors.
Small Gathering Fee: Starting at $300 (subject to approval)
Occupancy & Gathering Limits
Overnight Guests
- The property accommodates up to 6 overnight guests.
- All overnight guests must be included on the reservation before check-in.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Small Gatherings
- We allow up to 15 people total on the property for an approved small gathering.
- The total of 15 people includes both overnight guests and visitors.
- Any gathering exceeding 15 people is not permitted.
Small Gathering Rules
- Prior approval is required before booking a small gathering.
- Small gathering fee starts at $300.
- Maximum of 15 people on the property at any time.
- Maximum of 6 overnight guests, and every overnight guest must be listed on the reservation before arrival.
- Quiet hours begin at 12:00 AM. After midnight, please keep conversations and music at a respectful indoor volume and be considerate of our neighbors.
- No DJs, professional sound systems, live entertainment, or large speakers.
- No smoking, vaping, hookah, marijuana, or illegal substances inside the property.
- No confetti, glitter, fireworks, smoke machines, or anything that may damage the property.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after the gathering and leaving the property in good condition.
- Any damage, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, or violation of these rules may result in additional charges and/or immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
